If a bag requires structural expertise, technical materials or complex construction, FFG Bags can manufacture it.

FFG Bags is based in Vietnam with extended sourcing and supply-chain support in China.
Production is primarily in Vietnam, ensuring quality control and supply-chain resilience.

The standard production MOQ is 300–500 units per model.
Colors can often be mixed within this MOQ.
Lower quantities are possible but typically involve higher unit costs.
Material minimum purchase requirements may also apply.

Development costs typically range from 100 to 1000 USD depending on product complexity. This includes up to two rounds of samples. Logistics costs are not included. Development fees are deducted from the related purchase order once 500 pieces or more are confirmed.

FFG Bags produces approximately 20,000–25,000 bags per month, depending on product complexity.Capacity scalability depends on equipment, labor force, supply chain and workflow organization. And we truly think that the organization is that makes the difference... and our strong ability to scale up.

FFG Bags implements ISO 9001 principles in its processes and organization.Certification may follow, but the focus is on structured workflow, quality control and continuous improvement.

Yes. FFG Bags is BSCI audited, demonstrating compliance with social responsibility standards related to working conditions, labor rights, health and safety, and ethical business practices.

Yes. FFG Bags is an NCAGE registered supplier and works on tactical, medical and institutional projects requiring technical compliance.

Yes. Materials compliant with Bluesign®, Leather Working Group (LWG), GOTS and recycled certifications can be sourced upon request.

Standard terms are:
- 30% down-payment at purchase order confirmation
- 70% balance before shipment

Terms may evolve depending on order size and partnership maturity.

Prototypes typically require 2–4 weeks.
Mass production lead time is 45–90 days (EXW or FOB), depending on complexity and materials.

Yes. FFG Bags works with startups, Kickstarter creators, designers, established brands and defense buyers.
Partnership decisions are based on project seriousness and communication quality — not brand size.
