


🌍 Environmental Responsibility
We strive to minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices across our operations and supply chains.
Our environmental initiatives include:
Resources use optimization
We push to reduce our energy consumption by using recent equipment, implementing careful maintenance to optimize their efficiency. All equipment is turned off when not in use (including at night)
Our lighting is 100% low consumption LED lighting.
We are not using water in our industrial processes.
Waste reduction & management
We minimize waste by optimizing our yield use of material.
Bag construction is adapted to reduce scrap.
We have implemented a strict waste collection and treatment, through a 3rd party recycling company.
Raw material origin
Our carton boxes and other paper related material is from sustainable and recycled sources.
We already use 2/3 of recycled fabric, and we keep pushing our customers to go further.
Carbon emission reduction
Our factory is fully covered by solar panels.
We use less electricity than our solar panels are generating

Our AMFORI BSCI certification reflects our unwavering commitment to fair labor practices, human rights, and the well-being of all workers involved in our value chain.
As part of our social responsibility, we ensure:
Fair remuneration
Workers are paid wages that meet or exceed legal standards and allow for a dignified standard of living.
Decent working hours
Respecting legal standards means that FFG workers:

Work 48h per week, on a 6 days week basis (8h a day, with 1h lunch break)

Overtime is on a volunteering basis, is paid, and is limited to 40h per month and 300h per year

Enjoy 12 to 14 days off per year on top of official national holidays
Social consideration & advantages
Workers are all covered by social insurance (including health, unemployment, and pension)
They are provided with transportation allowance.
Pregnancy and parenthood is supported as follows:

Worker have 1h less working time every day from pregnancy notification until the baby reaches one year age

Allowance is given to each parent of a kid up to 6 years old
We provide canteen meal for every lunch, and also for dinner when OT work is organized.
Health & Safety
We provide regular safety training, protective equipment, and emergency preparedness.
Our facility is audited and certified to comply with local and international standards.
Health check is arranged by the company every year for all workers.
Child & Forced labor
No child or forced labor has, is and will never take place in FFG.
At the opposite, we regularly welcome interns from local schools and universities to support their curriculum and learning.
Freedom of association
Employees have the right to unionize and engage in collective bargaining.
As such, they elected union representatives within FFG Bags.
A worker conference is arranged at a minimum of once a year to share information on the company and allow for direct discussion and questions at all levels.
