One sample is made by only one stitcher who takes care from A to Z.

Manufacturing




Hardware, webbings and accessories are prepared according with the BOM needs.

Fabric is cut according with the defined patterns. Most often by press cutting, with tools following pattern shape, more rarely using outsourced laser cutting.

Some stitching operations are made by bundle manufacturing, to optimize production efficiency.

Most of the patterns and hardware are here stitched together, through a one-piece flow, ending with a finished product.

Finished products go through the last operations, to overturn them, cut the thread remainings, etc.

Finished products are packed into their final packaging directly at the and of the line, to ensure maximum efficiency and proper packing conditions.

Incoming material (hardware, fabric, etc.) is controlled according with our QA and standards.

Logistics & Supply Chain




Materials and fabrics are ordered to a wide range of suppliers, all of them being audited and approved by FFG staff.
Our office in China allows for efficient sourcing there when needed.
Material purchasing and storage




All materials needed in production are handled through the most efficient means, most of the time using our own designed handling trolleys.

Finished goods are stored into their final shipment conditions, into our factory warehouse.
