From your first inquiry to final shipment, you’ll work with one experienced merchandiser who speaks your language and keeps communication efficient, accurate, and stress-free. Think of them as your inside person — always on top of timelines, quality, and every detail in between.

To kick things off, simply share your tech pack and/or photos. Sending a physical sample is optional, but can be helpful. From there, we’ll translate your vision into production-ready specs.

Our in-house sample room brings your design to life, starting with pattern creation and, if needed, a paper mockup to fine-tune structure and dimensions. You’ll benefit from a team that has built prototypes for global brands and emerging designers alike.

While our team sews your first sample, your merchandiser is hard at work sourcing the best-matching materials and calculating pricing that aligns with your budget and quality expectations — giving you speed without compromise.

The V1 sample is produced and shipped to you for hands-on evaluation. We also keep a copy in-house to ensure consistency. Alongside the sample, you’ll receive an initial quote, giving you a clear picture of cost and feasibility.

We make collaboration easy: share your feedback via email, phone, or video call. Whether it’s a small tweak or a big change, we’re committed to getting it right, together.

We deliver your V2 sample, refined to your specifications and ready for production. We keep another internal copy to lock in quality standards. If needed, we’ll revise the quote to reflect any final changes.

Once approved, production begins. We welcome third-party QC audits at any stage, and our team upholds strict quality control throughout the process to ensure your products meet the highest standards.

Once your products are ready, we manage the logistics to ensure a smooth, stress-free delivery process.
